Arabian International Services Co. W.L.L. is committed to provide Heavy Plant Hiring, Equipment Supply, freight forwarding & packaging services to its clients and accurately Interprets their requirements and satisfies their expectations in an innovative, economical And efficient manner by;

  • Providing employees trainings to handle equipment & materials to control/minimize Expenses in operating cost, without compromising the quality of work.
  • Timely delivery of materials and/or services to meet our customer’s requirements.
  • Continual improvement of our process and systems towards perfection by complying with ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding our customer’s expectations on quality work and Equipment performance

Quality Objectives

  • To ensure Zero Injury and Incident free workplace.
  • To minimize maintenance cost of equipment by adhering to preventive maintenance Schedule & to reduce breakdown of equipment’s to 5%.
  • To reduce quality problem in providing service to our Clients i.e.: repair work & Remedial work to 2 cases per month.
  • To retain good stock control & improve stock turn ratio to 95%.(e.g. Spare parts, etc) i.e. Cost of Sales to the Stock by 95% of the inventory.
  • To provide and average 2 hours of education and training per department annually.
  • To enhance Customer Satisfaction to 98% this will contribute to sustained and Profitable growth of our organization.
